1. Service Description

Nujoom is a premium mobile astrology subscription service that provides personalised daily horoscopes, weekly forecasts, moon phase guidance and cosmic insights via SMS and web, available to Etisalat (e&) and Du subscribers in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a subscriber of Etisalat (e&) or Du in the UAE
• You must be 18 years of age or older, or have obtained parental/guardian consent
• You must have the authority to incur charges on your mobile account

3. Subscription & Billing

• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial
• After the trial, a charge of AED 2.97 per day applies
• Charges are billed directly to your Etisalat or Du mobile account
• The service renews automatically on a daily basis

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending STOP to 4044 via SMS. Cancellation takes effect immediately. No further charges will be applied after a valid cancellation request.

5. Content

Astrological content provided by Nujoom is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial or other matters.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
